During the Oregon Rural Electric Cooperative Association annual meeting December 1 in Salem, Wasco Electric Cooperative Director Neal Harth was honored as the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. The award recognizes policy-makers of member systems who have demonstrated remarkable service to public power.
