Ron and his wife reside on the family ranch in Kent, Oregon. In addition to farming their own wheat and barley, Ron does custom cutting for several farmers throughout Sherman County. Ron is the past chairman of the Mid-Columbia Producers Board of Directors. He serves on the budget committees of South Sherman Fire District and the Sherman County School District. Ron was elected to the Wasco Electric Board of Directors in 2008.

Mike and his wife are residents of the Simnasho area on the Warm Springs Reservation. He is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Business Administration. Mike is currently employed with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs as the Assistant Controller. He is actively involved with many youth activities within the Warms Springs community. Mike has served on the co-op Board of Directors since 2006.

Jim is a fourth generation rancher, raised in the Antelope area. He and his wife currently run the Connolly Ranch on Bakeoven, just east of Maupin. Jim is a graduate of Lane Community College and is a member of the Oregon Wheat League and the Oregon Cattleman's Association. He has served as a director on the Wasco Electric Board of Directors since 2006.

Kelly is a fourth generation farmer residing with his wife on the family ranch near Clarno. He farms approximately 700 acres of irrigated cropland with a diversified variety of crops. Kelly is a graduate of Oregon State University with degrees in Agriculture, Economics and Range Management. He has served on numerous boards, including past chairman of the John Day River Basin Council. Kelly has been a member of the co-op Board of Directors since 1997.

Bob and his wife have been residents of Wasco County for 30 years and have a hay and cattle farm west of Dufur. In addition to his own farming, Bob does custom hay hauling for many growers in the Dufur area. He is active in the 4-H program and the livestock sales at the Wasco County Fair. Bob has served on the Board of Directors since 1994.

Neal and his wife farm approximately 4,700 acres of wheat and cherry land just east of The Dalles. He has served on the Board of Directors of the co-op since 1985 and served as President for 16 years. In addition to his role at Wasco Electric, Neal is the past President of Oregon Rural Electric Cooperative Association and is the current Vice President of Northwest Public Power Association.

Bob is a fourth generation farmer, residing with his wife on the family ranch located on Tygh Ridge, southeast of Dufur. He is a graduate of Dufur High School and earned his Bachelors of Science in Animal Science at Oregon State University. Bob is the past President of the Wasco County Wheat League and has served on various other boards. He has been on the Board of Directors at the co-op since 2005.

Gary and his wife farm wheat land in the Gordon Ridge area, just west of Wasco, Oregon. Gary was raised in the Maupin area where he farmed until moving to his present location. He has served on several boards related to farming and schools. Gary has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1998.

DeOra, along with her husband are life-long residents of Maupin. Following graduation from Wasco County Union High she graduated from Northwestern College of Business as an Assistant Accounting and Legal Assistant. DeOra has served as the City Recorder for Maupin for over 20 years and has served on the Board of Directors since 2005.
